    1 "Study of NPEGEL blocks to assess actual impact and out comes of girls participation and regular attendance that they are more gender sensitive." Two blocks Lateri and Sironj Girls participation in school activities and regular attendance are improved in both blocks. The dropout rate is also decreased by NPEGEL Programe.
    2 "A study on achievement level of Madarsa teacher in Hindi."   Achievement content and grammar both were very low among Madarsa teachers. Competences in Hindi are developed among them after training.
    3 "Estimate the job satisfaction among rural and urban teachers." 20 teachers Only 5% teachers are satisfied with own job condition and salary aspects.
    4 "Study of learning effect in science subject using teaching aids and conducting various activities." 10 D grade students

    •Students take more interest in science subject study when proper teaching aids used.

    •Regular use of teaching aids and participating activities make subject easier to students.
    5 "A study of adjustment level in D.Ed. students." 20 students Adjustment level of D.Ed. students between mail and female and rural and urban arias are not significant.

    In comparison to session 04-05 the result of session 05-06 was in decreasing manner. The main reasons  are as follows –
